Masterclass: The Clarity Effect: How Knowing Yourself Strengthens Your Business

Behind every strong business is a leader who knows who they are. But when you’re busy running a business or leading a team, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly drives you - and that lack of clarity can ripple into every part of how you show up, make decisions and communicate your value.

In this energising, practical two-hour session, Career and Leadership Coach Daisy Goreham will guide you through a clear, structured process to reconnect with your strengths, values, and purpose - and translate that insight into confident action.

    You’ll leave with:

    • A sharper understanding of what makes you and your business unique
    • A confident, authentic way to describe who you are and why your work matters
    • Practical language and insights you can use immediately across networking, leadership, client conversations and everyday communication

This isn’t just about “personal branding” - it’s about grounding your confidence in who you really are, so your business feels clearer, calmer and more aligned.

This workshop breaks it all down into clear, human and manageable steps.
