• Explore the difference between short-, mid-, and long-term goals
• Learn how to craft SMART goals and understand OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) vs. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Identify common roadblocks and how to overcome them
• Break your goals into a 90-day action plan with peer support

With hands-on exercises like creating a Business Vision Board, the SMART Goal Challenge, and working with an accountability partner, you'll leave with a solid plan—and the motivation to see it through.

Masterclass: Level 2 Qualification in the principles of Team Leading (VRQ)

Worthing and Adur Chamber in conjunction with Chichester College Group are pleased to offer this qualification delivered over 5 workshops. The course will provide guidance and support to a small group of likeminded individuals all wanting to understand more about Leadership and Management in a friendly and supported environment.

Eligibility

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification.

Students must be aged 19+ and have lived in the UK/ EU/EAA for the past three years to meet Government funding rules

Please note, this qualification is delivered over 4 workshops. In order to receive the certificate delegates must attend all 4 workshops. The course is designed to be completed within a 12-16 week period, you will also be expected to complete work in your own time.

Expert Hour: Be Seen: Confidence on Camera 

An in-person mini-workshop to help you overcome fear of visibility and show up with confidence, clarity, and ease on video.

You know visibility is key to growing your business, but when it comes to showing up on camera, something holds you back.

Maybe it’s overthinking.
Maybe it’s self-doubt.
Maybe it’s that inner voice saying, “Who do you think you are?” or "What will people say?"

You’re not alone. And this workshop is here to help.

In this workshop you’ll:

• Discover what’s really behind your camera shyness
• Learn simple mindset shifts to quiet self-doubt
• Try gentle tools to regulate nerves before filming
• Get practical tips for looking and sounding confident on video
• Practice in a no-pressure, supportive space (optional but encouraged!)
