BetterBizFest is our annual event for the business community to come together, share ideas and learn from others in a fun and relaxed environment
There are keynote speakers to uplift you, workshops to inspire you and networking opportunities to connect you.

Fake it till you make it is one of the greatest business concepts but also one of the most misunderstood concepts, often interpreted as manipulation and deceit.
In her talk Penina will show that the heart of the matter goes into understanding who are you faking it for? Who is Your Audience? Who’s doubting you? Is it the voice in your head saying “I’m not ready yet”? Is it just a fear that you may not be good enough?
She will unpick the misconception and will delve deeper to get a true understanding of this approach and the great freedom it can provide if understood correctly.

Andy Hepworth started brewing in Reading almost directly after University and soon became the youngest Head Brewer in the country, winning many awards.
Andy joined up with the key members of a brewing team in Horsham and created Hepworths, an independent brewery aiming to build its own range of quality brands, while maintaining flexibility for contract work.
Finance was built from pooled redundancy payments and contributions from family and friends. The Company was established in 2000 and started production in 2001; it is constantly expanding.
