Course details: We all know our health is the most important thing if your businesses are to thrive. This workshop will enable participants to see areas they need to identify and work on to ensure they have a more successful and happier work life balance. 

• We will be exploring a unique simple tool to instantly identify areas that are holding us back from gaining a healthier balance in our business
• The workshop will be fun and interactive, gaining knowledge from each other as well as the presenter
• Explore 'top tips' in business to help individuals and companies to become more successful and healthier at the same time! 

What will I get out of it? Participants will have at least 3 actions they can immediately apply to improve their work/life balance, these actions can ultimately decrease stress, anxiety, tiredness and increase energy, focus and motivation.
