Course details: One of the key issues in everyones' mind is the need for effectiveness and balance in the weekly schedule. Part of the reason is that society has created a very business environment for us all. 

• We have to blend work, family and social commitments, with each competing for our valuable attention. 
• Just being well organised is no longer enough
• Many people allow themselves to ignore significant elements in the life balance mix. They know all is not quite perfect, but have never been taught how to fix the issue. 

What will I get out of it? This session will introduce a number of tools and processes to help clarify where the priorities are, be effective as well as efficient, get control of your world and create and maintain a sense of harmony.
