Helen Vane
GoGecko Recruitment

Recruitment is my passion. I believe everyone is unique and deserves an opportunity. I have been in recruitment for 25 years and know the quality service I want to deliver to the Sussex market. I have worked for boutique and corporate agencies and have experience in internal recruitment for a global company. The team I work with share my passion and have an appetite for delivering great results for the talented people we talk to every day and the companies who trust us to find the top talent in the market. I have tried and tested most methods of attracting and retaining staff and also know the importance of getting it right. I love reading, eating, especially curry, travelling (there are plenty of places still on my bucket list!) and a good boogie.

In my thirties, I started to question my life, I was stressed, overworked and my life was 'overfull' with my 'to do list’.

 As a result of a simple set of actions and a unique tool that I have created l now live a healthy, happy and more balanced life and aim to help others achieve the same.

I have 40 years experience as a Trained Nurse and today specialise in Health and Well-being.

Innavision helps companies/ individuals focus on creating a healthier work- life balance, increasing their energy and allowing them to live happier and healthier lives.


Mikki Harris

MOMENTUM Business Support 

 I started my career in 1999, working for small local businesses in various admin and supporting roles, moving into the world of large corporates in 2003 where I honed my skills in a number of back office roles including training, projects, research and management. I launched my company in 2013 after working with a number of small businesses and realising there was a demand for them to have access to the same level of support and expertise as larger companies – just with more flexibility! Through networking and with the support of my fantastic team, MOMENTUM has grown significantly over the last few years and I'm proud to say we offer a full range of remote business support services nationally, including: admin and PA support; digital marketing and social media management; credit control and bookkeeping; projects and events; and anything else in between!'


Paul Hopwood
Paul Hopwood Consulting Ltd

Paul specialises in facilitating the development and implementation of strategy for ambitious business owners, in a diverse range of sectors, with particular niches in professional firms and running blended leadership academies for client management teams. The role demands a blend of facilitation, coaching, mentoring and senior management training.

After 23 years in the accounting profession, the latter half as the partner in a top 10 firm in the UK and globally, Paul left to start a new career, setting up his own consulting and training business in 2001. 

A leading, accredited Mindshop facilitator since 1996, Paul ran a business improvement club for 15 years and has been chairing his own Senior Management Network for 15 years – a network for supporting successful entrepreneurial-thinking business owners.


Jane Hames
Glide Training 

Jane Hames has been working in Learning and Development since 1998 as an IT trainer, training consultant and now business owner. Jane set up Glide Training in 2011 to ensure that she could deliver the truly bespoke IT training programmes that give her customers the best results possible.

As a Microsoft Office and Google G Suite user from a creative background, Jane explains software use in a non-techy way. Jane is a natural “people person” and very much focuses on the big picture benefits of software use in order to save you time and get more value for your business.

Sheryl Tipton 

Tipton Marketing 

Sheryl Tipton is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer and has been working in marketing and advertising for over 25 years. Sheryl founded Tipton Marketing in 2000 and as a bespoke marketing & training consultant, works with both small, growing businesses and large national and international companies across strategy, planning and implementation, both traditional and digital.

Alongside tutoring CIM qualifications with the Oxford College of Marketing, Sheryl also lectures in Digital Marketing at Chichester College, and runs many business-led training courses, in all disciplines of marketing, on a regular basis.


Kayla Shepherd 
Safety Mode 

Kayla Shepherd (background in Early years) and her husband Andy (background in construction) had an idea in 2016 to set up a dynamic and versatile training company based in West Sussex, who provide Safety, First Aid training for the community, individuals and the business sectors. Kayla trained as a First Aid Instructor and Safety Mode Ltd was launched In May 2016.

Their mission was to share their passion for First Aid and Health and Safety and to also empower people to have the confidence to be able to use their acquired safety and lifesaving skills through our training without fear of hesitation. Safety Mode Ltd now offers a variety of training subjects including First Aid, Safeguarding and Mental Health.

Kayla is a dynamic trainer and enjoys bringing life to any training subject, making learning interactive and fun.

Kelly O'Haire
Seaside Creative

Kelly O'Haire is a Marketing, PR, Social Media and Communications expert with a degree in PR and over 25 years experience delivering results for clients across a wide range of industries from Construction, to Charity, to Care.

She has been delivering our social media and content writing courses since our WiseUp programmes began and her training courses always offer excellent tangible advice that attendees can take away and actually put into practice. Kelly also sits on the Chamber Executive Committee and is part of the Connect Magazine editorial team.

Martin Smith

Martin Smith Learning & Development 

Martin Smith is an international Trainer, Facilitator and Coach with many years of experience spanning diverse industries such as Utilities, Automotive and FMCG and encompassing sectors such as engineering, design, customer service, finance, supply chain and procurement. His broad range of provides a huge amount of knowledge and experience of Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Team Development, Change, Change Management, Managing People and Performance and a wide range of HR and business support issues.

Martin brings an engaging and dynamic approach to working with individuals, teams and training groups. Combining enthusiasm, energy and commitment to any training, coaching or facilitation intervention.
