The Worthing & Adur Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee is a democratically elected group of volunteers.  Elections take place every year at the Chamber AGM which is generally held in April.
Working sub-groups oversee the general running and direction of the Chamber; these are staffed by members of the executive and other volunteer chamber members. Currently the following sub-groups are active: Marketing (lead Andy Headworth), Membership (Philip Gale), Strategy (Sam Hallett), Events (Mark Landon), Newsletter (Mike Cottee), Finance (Ian Vickers) and Charity (Karen Simporis)

	Peter has been President of the Chamber since early 2003; he was a Councillor for over 24 years, former Mayor of Worthing and has been in business in the town as a Solicitor for even longer. As a Past President of Worthing Law Society and presently a Director of Worthing Town Centre Initiative, he has spoken on many subjects in the media and at meetings to make sure the Chambers views are heard and valued. Peter serves on the Strategy and Finance sub-groups.
	Karen is our Vice President, she is also an Acupuncturist and clinical director of Henry House Hydrotherapy Centre. She is also Chairperson of SWAG - the Sunny Worthing Arts Group. Karen is group lead of the Charity sub-group.
	Tina is our CEO and also the "face" of Worthing Chamber. She has revolutionised the activity of the Chamber with her dynamic ambassadorial role - organising those early morning breakfast networking meetings and playing a leading role in the recent improvements in the Chamber's activities.
	Ian is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced Partner in the firm Vantis, specialising in insolvency. Ian is the Chamber's treasurer and also the Finance sub-group lead.
	Alastair is also a Chartered Accountant and is a Partner in Ayres Bright Vickers, an Auditor of WTCI. Alastair is the Chamber's Auditor and serves on the Membership and Finance sub-groups.
	Mike runs the "Doctor WatsOn" website, the events and activities guide for Worthing and surrounding area. Mike is group lead of the Newletters sub-group.
	Mark is a director of Opnes, which provides website design and video streaming services. Mark serves on the Newsletter and Marketing sub-groups.
	Andy runs Sirona Consulting advising companies regarding their recruitment strategy etc. Andy is group lead of the Marketing sub-group.
	Chris is a director of the local chartered accounting firm Carpenter Box LLP. Chris serves on the Membership sub-group.
	Philip is a senior Commercial Manager for Lloyds TSB in Worthing with over 14 years experience in this sector. Philip is group lead of the Membership sub-group.
	Sam Hallett is a director of Balloon Wrap & Decoration. Sam is group lead of the Strategy sub-group and also serves on the Marketing and Events sub-groups.
	Mark is a director of local printers PEP the printers. He is group lead of  the Events sub-group.
	Tina and Suzy represent the Economic Development Section of Worthing Borough Council, providing a partnership link to the Chamber.
	Sharon has been Worthing Town Centre Manager since 2002. Sharon works for the Worthing Town Centre Initiative which is a Community Interest Company committed to enhancing the vibrancy of the town for residents and visitors.
	As a local trader, ex-Councillor and past President Dorothy brings a wealth of experience to the Chamber.
	Hon. Member of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Roy has been a member of the Chamber for many years and has previously been a President of the Chamber.
